Hi I have a 2010 street glide and I am looking to change my seat and I am looking at the harley sidekick or the Danny gray weekday 2 up. Does anyone have any good or bad reviews about either one ?

 

I dunno anything about the sidekick, but do know a thing or 2 about Danny Gray seats (last 3 bikes have only had DG seats on them).

DG seats are great seats if your body responds well to a firm seat. Some seats are soft and cushy and after after a while to me that causes my *** to vibrate and then comes the numbness, with a DG, it cradles it, the leather face grips the seat and the foam is firm but not hard. I can ride about 30 minutes on a hd seat usually but on a DG i have rode 4hrs straight no issue, sadly i usually have to stop though because the ppl i ride with always find some excuse to get off the bike after a cpl hours /shrug.

My streetbob had the weekday 2up XL the back pad was really large for a dyna due to the xl but the wife said very comfy and i thought the driver seat cradled me nicely as well and sat me back/down a little bit and was a nice ride.

I am running a buttcrack solo on my streetglide and going to put pick up a pillion and detachable back rest for the wife, she is happy with the DG as a passenger.

After 2 Harley seats, I finally went with a DG and am sold on their seats. My butt and back thanks me everytime I ride!
