4" Rinehart Slip-on vs 3.5 Thinking of going smaller
#12
I ran across a post that someone suggested to put on a Vance and Hines Power Dual Headers. He said it helped some, but as I was looking Vance and Hines has Power Duals and Dresser Duals. What is the difference besides the look? Anyone know? Because at this point I am looking to either sell these 4's or trade someone who has the 3.5's.
Then you still have the catalytic converter and the 3 1/2" won't be loud either.
You can use your stock heat shields and put on a Fullsac header. http://www.fullsac.com/x-pipe.html
Or to save money they can convert your headers: http://www.fullsac.com/sportpipe.html
Here's the link for the Rinehart baffles: http://rinehartracing.com/accessories/baffles $90

Texas, thank you so much. I honestly didn't consider the Cat was still on there. Yes it is a Stock 2011 with the 4" RH Slip-ons. In about a month I will be adding a HD stage 1 and was going to get it mapped by the dealer when I do. So now I am thinking I should get rid of the cat as well with some new head pipes and get it all done with one shot. Besides full sac any other noteworthy/trustworthy heads I should consider?

The 3.5's aren't necessarily louder than the 4s. I have the 4s, my neighbor has the 3.5s. His are definitely louder, but the tone of mine is deeper. I then added the high flow baffles and V&H dresser duals. Got a bit louder, but his is still louder. You say you are getting the dealer remap. If you are talking about the stage I reflash, that may not be good enough for the changes that you are making.
