for the accordion covers on the rear shock absorbers on an 08 Road King. The only Harley option is new shocks for $150 + per each. Anyone know of an alternative accordion/bellows cover that will work on those shocks? I have checked Ronnies, J and P and called my local dealer. The parts guy suggested checking out sme 4 wheeler or dirt bike outlets to see if they carry replacements. Any suggestions or part numbers would be appreciated.

I went down to my local O'reilly Auto Pars store and told them I wanted a "Shock Boot Kit" from Monroe- part number SA1997. They went to the back and came out with just what I needed. Price $4.99 each. They come a little long and I seem to remember that I had to cut off maybe 4 or 5 ribs with a scissors. They look just like they came from the factory. I think that part number should work at any parts house because it is from a name brand manufacturer. Harley does not make a replacement.
