I have this in Black on my 13 Street Glide. Installation was easy enough. Had to cut my plate down to get it to fit in. Used the foam spacers for vibration. Can still clean behind it. I'm happy with it, looks good.

Do the foam spacers come with the frame, or did you get those somewhere else? Also, did you use the spacers between the fender and the mounting bracket or between the frame and license plate?
I'm sure this varies by State. I've found that if I drill out the State License plate holes a little bigger, the license plate cover screws go in easier. The Kuryakyn screws strip easily. ymmv.

Thanks for the heads-up on making the holes bigger and the easy stripping screws.
The spacers came with the mounting frame. Two long skinny ones for behind the plate and 3 thick square ones for between the frame and fender. I used one thick one right in the middle and it works fine. Saved the other two. I used both skinny ones for behind the plate. CUPCARS is correct, I made the holes a little bigger in my plate as well.
