Default HELP, yaffe install done KILLED FRONT BREAK SWITCH!

So i got the yaffe's on and clutch and throttle cables swapped. Somehow i killed front break switch. Can someone tell me how to RIG IT OR FIX IT? I DONT WANNA HEAR GO BUY ONE! LOL

Honestly, if there was an easy fix, it would be well known. This is a very common mistake. Chalk it up to a learning experience, which we've all done at least once or twice.

yeah they weren't kidding about wedging the brake lever when you remove/replace it, sorry

I just did my swap and must have been lucky as I did not know that I could have damaged the switch during the process.

Depending on how bad and low the broken off switch "plunger" is you maybe able to use a small screw and insert it into the shaft. That's what I did.

Don't feel bad, it happens to the best of us. I had the dealer replace mine when they did the chrome switch housings so I did not pay labor for it.

I honestly dont even know how it happened. I didnt take the handle off just the housing.
