Default Eglide ultra limited cams

I just got a great deal on a set of new S&S 570 cams for my 2012 ultra limited. I currently have stage one setup. V&H X pipe headers with bassani slip ons, screaming eagle race tuner and high flow Air Cleaner. My question is with no other modifications at this current time would It be worth it to install these cams and Dyno tune the bike? I have wanted to replace the crap stock cams for some time but don't have the money right now to do anything more then install the cams and get Dyno tune done.

You will definitely tell the difference......

Well worth the cost, in my opinion.

Good luck with your mods....

Excellent cams man. It'll definitely be worth it. Congratulations. Do it and let us know how the bike feels.

Too much cam for a heavy bike with stock gearing .

Me myself and I would ride the **** out of it until the warranty runs out then worry about cams UNLESS it will be dealer installed and a WRITTEN fender to fender warranty provided with the install. Just sayin.

There are better cams available for your application. If you are in warranty, I'd go with a harley cam to maintain the warranty. With the issues that these new bikes have, don't jeopardize having to foot an engine rebuild on your dime....

The SS are great cams. Just not the gear drive in that newer of bike. With that higher lift, I'd do some head work and it will really make those cams come alive. As for warrenty, I'd let the factory warrenty run out first before changing unless you go with some SE 204's.Let HD do the install and make sure the will back them up with coverage.

Not a great choice in a stage 1 heavy bagger imho. At least do a thinner head gasket with those cams. They really want some compression and headwork. If ya are planning more motor wok down the road, OK. But if ya just want bolt-in cams for your 103 look at Andrews 57.
