Default Solo seats

Has anyone actually tried both the mustang solo with backrest and the harley signature series solo with backrest? I have a 2013 SG and I'm thinking this is the next mod I want but I'm on the fence about which seat to go with. Thanks guys

No, but I can tell you that the HD Sig Series is a lot better with gel inserted

I had the H D seat on for awhile, even rode it to Daytona but it is so damn ugly that i sold it here on the forum. It was comfy though. I am kicking around the idea of the C&C solo with backrest.

I have the mustang solo with backrest. Very comfy, I've done 6 hrs in a single day with no problems.

I have used my Mustang solo with backrest on two bikes. I have around 70k on that seat. I LOVE it. but... it WILL take some getting used to, but once that is out of the way... it IS nice and comfy, for sure.

AND... you can buy a passenger seat later if you wish to hook to that seat.

I have the Mustang wide touring solo with backrest on my Road King and 700 miles in a day was a non issue. Super comfortable and a great company to do business with.

Tried a few seats with my FXDF, finally settled on the HD distressed leather as best solo seat ever. After the Flood (Sandy, for you inland types) , I salvaged the (now REALLY distressed!) seat , soaked it in fresh water overnight, cleaned it, saddle soaped it, and put in on my Wide Glide. I love it even more than on my Fat Bob, and can't recommend it highly enough.

Look at Corbin. The Classic Solo is a great looking seat, and IMO you will not find something more comfortable.
