Same issues, I'm 5-5 with a 28'' inseam. Bought a 09 SG and was on my toes and not comfortable at all ! Went back to the dealer and they were great ( I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY THERE ) they gave me a $250 gift card towards a reach seat. Dropped me 2" and forward 1". Because the SG is already lowered I added LA CHOPPERS shock blocks, another 1'' and a cobbler added 5/8" to my boots for a total of 3-5/8" lower.What a difference especially when 2 up ! My legs are actually bent with feet on the ground and no problem moving it even on grass. I had the same post and a lot of people said I was too short for a tourer.I say BS and they were wrong ! I love my SG.
