Mustang low. I have one I would let go real cheap, doesn't go with the direction I am taking the bike. Also, mean city - currently when two up I am using modified stock done by mean city. Lots of opinions on lowering blocks, will effect lean angle for sure but a lot of folks use them without problem.

2006 RKC with 11' inch Bitching Bagger rear shocks, lowered stock RKC seat from Mean City Cycles, and lowering the front this weeked with a Progressive Drop In kit. I'm 5'4" with a 29 inch inseam and flat foot.

The Danny Gray Speedcradle seat is another option. It is firm but extremely comfortable, gives you good lower back support and sits you in the bike as opposed to on the bike. It is the best thing that I did to my Road King to make it fit me.

As far as I know my options are as follows

Shave the sides of the seat a bit and maybe the thickness. Reasonably inexpensive.
Lower seat. A bit more expensive and hopefully as comfy as stock
Lower shocks. More expensive yet.
Boots with thicker soles.

Have I missed anything?
What is the down side of lower shocks.
I have a rear shock lowering brackets kit off a 2006 ultra I'll sell you.
If your interested Pm me along with your shipping address & I'll give you a good price shipped to you.

I feel your pain. 5'6", 29 inseam. Actually not bad when by myself. I can almost flatfoot depending on boots and where positioned on seat. The problem is 2 up going slow or having to backup, which I can't. I am going have MCC do the mod and probably call it a day.

5'8" isn't that short; I'd suggest the seat and some boots. In my opinion, these bikes have very little suspension travel as it is so I would leave lowering the suspension as a last ditch solution.

I had the same issue. I have the Mustang Dual Touring seat,(not the low down) sent it to Mean City Cycles and had it tailored. Works great. Now they have the Low Down seat which I understand is good. You can always find the Hayley reduced reach seat. You can find them on EBay. I also used lowering blocks for awhile until I got my seat done. Now I have Progressive 12" 412's on the rear and all is good. Good luck.
