I played around with it and if I do the "flip to switch to on and hit the start right away" trick, the motor spins freely and fires right up. I don't think the ACRs are working if I let the pump prime, just as you guys mentioned. I was starting to think I had a **** battery until I tried the trick last night while cruising the lake. The bike fired in the first turn every time.
