It is not a laced wheel, its the standard aluminum mag. I am the one who re-trued the wheel. I had it within .005. The tolerance for that one, according to my service manual, is .04. I am starting to think it is the bearing. picking them up today and will check them out.

What about dyna beads? I have used them and never had an issue.
They ballance the tire as it spins.

This is all associated with either radial or lateral run out, not balance.

A perfectly balanced wheel / tire with excess run out can still have vibration. And a wheel with no run out can still not be with the specs for balance.

You might try Ride-On Sealant/Balancer. I couldn't believe you are supposed to remove all weights but it sure worked on my last tire change. Only 9oz. in rear and 7 in front and smoother than it's ever been. But I agree the bearings may be the culprit.

If the last two tires balanced ok, I would think the tire is bad...have em run the wheel by itself to see how much it's off.....mark the wheel where it's heavy...the white or yellow spot on the tire is the light side of the tire...should go where the wheel is the heaviest.. then run the whole thing on the machine and see if that brings it back into a manageable weight...if not, I would think the tire is bad.. IMO....

Wrong!!! The dot is the lightest part of the tire and should be aligned with the valve stem and you may not even need weights then. The rim won't be perfect in weight but you don't have a part of it so heavy that you are balancing a rim....you are balancing a tire to the rim! The rim is not going to be your problem it is the tire!!
