Bummed out over Big Bore

Well, I got the scoot back today and I can't tell much difference! I mean, I haven't really got on it becuase of the break in, but from what I did, I honestly can't tell much difference! I'm just hoping the bike didn't have a big bore kit in it already! I piston that came out and it was a little shy of 3 7/9" across. Sounds like stock 88 pistons to me. It runs great! But I was expecting some reall noticable power, it's just not there! Or maybe it's because I'm being too careful. I don't know...just don't feel all warm and fuzzy...

Would you KNOW the compression you have in that build?
IF you are lower than 180-190- you don't have enough compression as that Makes POWER...
I would have used the domed pistons and had the Increase in Compression. Hind Sight IS 20/20
IF you have less compression now,,,,,Hard to get more without a piston change OR Milled down CC's in the heads.
Ask builder "IF" they used the .030 head gaskets? Just to see...
Stock cams or ??? in the bike.
Report back the ccc numbers if you would... Thanks and Sorry you didn't get the "Seat Of The Pants Build" you wanted.
