Never Dull metal polish works really well on the raw metal parts of the wheel. It takes out stains with little effort and leaves a nice shine.

I usually raise the bike on my J&S Jack take off the bags, & use a bucket & wash mit with luke warm water & car was soap! Rinse with hose while rotating wheel in neutral! Does an excellent job!

+1.
Same only I use simple green to cut through tough stuff. Never Dull on silver, detail spray of your choice on black. I use Wizard's. Sit back and admire the fruits of your labor.

Same here. I recently noticed the hub areas are starting to show some corrosion already.

After washing the wheels or bike I use pig snot on all my black parts. Calipers, engine, everything black. Makes it look new again. I use it on my truck door handles and grill.
The silver on my 07 ultra did not have a coating on them, I used mothers to get em to shine really good.
