I was wishing that was it, but looks like a no go on that option.

Have you changed the OEM CB antenna?

Your profile picture seems to indicate you have stubby antennas.
Has the SWR been checked? And is the CB antenna on the correct side.
The newer style antenna also are stamped either FM or CB in very small letters at the bottom. Check to make sure they are on the correct sides AM/FM left side CB right side.

I had stubby antennas in that pic, but have since gone
back to the long OEM ones, I also thought of the other
bikes squelch and looked at it, I am testing with a hand
held CB that I have..............and same situation I can hear
them ralk to me on the hand held but they hear nothing from
me on it.

One last suggestion -- any chance you got the OEM antennas backwards (left/right side) when you changed out your stubby antennas?

Sounds to me like the CB Module Tx is pooched. Best thing I can think of would be to ask one of your "friends" to let you try his CB unit in place of yours. Very easy to change out the CB Unit. Remove the outer fairing and then remove the module located on the top of your HK radio. If his works you know yours is NFG. No place I know of to get the CB repaired. Not even Iron Cross does the CB's.
