Here you go Tles1. This is from the address you posted. You're original is this small. And doesn't contain a photo of you(?).
There's a "tool bar" above the text box when posting that allows you to insert the location (URL address) of a photo, and then it puts the actual picture in your post. The icon is a yellow square with the outline of a mountain with the sun over it. When you click the Insert Image icon you just plug in the photos location (URL address)to have it appear. Hope this helps you and many more accomplish adding a photo.
This might help others too: I often use full size photos I put on my Facebook site. In doing so I get real large images when I insert them here using the address of the stored and displayed Facebook photo.
