Thanks everyone for responses, looks like I will powder coat. This forum really helps clueless people like myself out. I can ride the hell out of the bikes but fixing them is not my specialty.

I used Plastidip on my horn cover and my headlight ring. Looks like it is powdercoated. 7 bucks for a can. Still have plenty to do a few other parts.
