I got this for my ultra limited. Should fit a street glide too.
I am not the biggest fan of Kuryakyn But this is a nice setup that is all black.

Tex and Jon,

First, yes you can wash like normal. However you have to be careful what type of cloth you use because since the dip has a rubbery feel, it will leave a lot of lint that is hard to remove. However, a deluted spray bottle of Simple Green works great for quick clean ups.

How did I do it...clean the bike, tape it off and spray it with rattle cans of Plasti-Dip. Here is a thread on it: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/gener...xpirement.html

Also, everything you wanted to know about dipping vehicles can be found here (check out the DYC forum and also on YouTube: www.dipyourcar.com

p.s. I am in the process of "re-dipping" the bike right now. Taking it to another level! I will post pics when I am done, hopefully by next week. I think I have time, up to 6" of snow predicted for us by Friday. But I think you will be impressed.

I got rid of the light bar and did copy cat like to the cvo fender with lights. I did a Paul yaffe license plate holder. It's kinda hard to see in the pic but there are 8" light strips from custom dynamics that are my brake and turn lights.
If I were to keep the chrome bar I would have it powder coated first, do the dip next since it looks cool and is easy, or do Expoy based paint (nasty to work with but works well). Good luck with whatever you decide.

Mike if you just send them to our shop assembled we can tear them down and rebuild them after coating so it is plug and play for you, we charge just a small fee for this service... and they come out great!!
