How’s your 107 doing?
I haven’t seen any posts recently about 107 builds or projects, so I thought I would throw this out there. I guess those who have their 107’s running are out riding and having too much fun.
My 107 is running great when I can get out and ride. After an initial 50 mile ride and oil change I was able to get over 200 miles on over the Easter weekend with beautiful spring weather and temps in the high 60’s. The bike has incredible power now. It pulls like a freight train. I still haven’t taken it much over 3500 rpm and I haven’t found any need to (yet). I can only imagine what it will be like after I have it fully broken in. On the highway, passing is effortless (5th gear roll on is amazing).
I woke up this morning to 2 inches of snow so I’m just a little depressed.
I have to keep telling myself the warm weather is coming…….take a deep breath………it’s coming…….breath again.

Picked my street glide up a couple of weeks ago with a new 107 and have put only 150 on it due to crap weather. I was hoping to have it broken in by now so I could get a final tune and really have some fun. But with the impending 2 straight weeks of forecasted rain who knows when I'll actually be able to ride.

No news is good news. People love to complain on these forums, but if there is no problem, we don't sing the praise as easily.
If your confident the motor is good, I would progressively start running it a little harder and higher in the revs, the rings are the only thing to "break in", and they are probably about there by now.
