I'll be a son of a batch - I go into Cabelas for 10 minutes and some f-tard removes my 3 month old clear windshield and puts a half smoke half clear shield on my bike - damn thing has all kinds of scratches and pitting.

Really? I have had some items stolen, but never, ever have I had someone take an item and replace it with another. Weird!!

I feel your pain.....it sorryed the hell out of me, with $500 deductable insurance policy. What a quick and easy target of opportunity for a fella that knows Harley's. I figured it'a be at Wal-mart or someplace like that if it happens to me. I just ordered a windshield lock kit, and also a kit to lock in my Classic's leather bags from this outfit named Brukus. Not all that much money, and sure worth the worry of what's being stolen off my bike while I'm eating lunch someplace.

I sure hate scumbags.

 

That is just a bit weird. Kind of like stealing your car than making the payments, funny stuff. Happened with my ex wife. : ) The dude is still making payments.

Last year when I took the wife to the movies. While we were in being entertained someone decided that they needed a shorty CB antenna. Came out after the movie to find a bent in half shorty antenna sitting on my tour pack rack, and my CB antenna missing.

If they were just going for simple vandalism, why unscrew it? If they were just planning on stealing it, why bend it in half and leave it on the tour pack rack? Only explanation was that someone had a broken one and wanted to replace it cheaply.

Had to be someone else with a HD, since the bent one was a HD shorty as well.

 

So what you're telling me is that some douchebag took your windshield off and then took some additional time to put his old windshield in its place.
One of three things happening here; either this is the dumbest thief walking the face of the earth, the smartest thief walking the face of the earth or you're full of ****.
Please tell me you're not full of **** and this guys is the most baffling, entertaining crook I've every heard of.
