We've had customers have their shields stolen and some had them blown off and scratched up in a storm. But this is the first I've heard of someone "exchanging" their beat up one...

Our customer who asked us to design the ShieldShackle had his blown off, actually. Wanted something so it would still release fairly quickly, but not blow off.

It does make sense why the swapped it. If they where on their bike and took your windshield then they had to ditch theirs. If they parked near you with a buddy it would have looked like guys working on bikes.

Still strange...
