Maybe you rode the wrong bike home?

I know the Heritage windshield just pops right off. Is it the same on a Road King? If so, it only took the guy a minute or less to switch them. Gutsy bastage for sure.

I would NOT replace it with an HD shield. Look at the LRS shield. It is so much nicer with the forward flip. Less wind, you can go much lower and look over the shield (I always hated the glare looking through my shield) and rain does not come over to the inside of the shield. Plus it is much cheaper. I think mine is 17 or 19" dark tint and I love it.

You didn't call the cops to see if there where any prints? Maybe go by the local Harley shop and see if they have seen that shield on another bike? I would defiantly see if the store had cameras in the lot.
Who knows what else this guys been or is going to steal next.

Hell with the cops, I'd want a piece of his hide for myself.

For a windshield? What kind of windshield do (did) you have?
Nevermind, next post said it was for RK. Damn! Yeah, you should get a lock for your new one.

Wow you just can't make this kinda stuff up... Amazing! Sorry it happened to you. Stealing it yes, but swapping it? WTF? Maybe it relieved his conscience a bit to do this? WOW!

The cops would be glad to come out and investigate this.
They will make a report and give you a case number.
They will forget you even exist before they have went one mile down the road.
However, they will wish you "Good Day".
That means a lot - right?

You are sure you left on the correct bike?

The other guy is like "someone stole my bike with that shi**y windshield"
