Iron Aces Speed Shop - Great Customer Service!
I wanted to go on the record about Iron Aces Speed Shop who are based in Charlotte, NC. After a lot of research deciding which fairng to buy I decided on Dead Center. I preferred to order from a Dead Center authorized dealer. It wasn't worth saving a few extra dollars on an already expensive line item buying from a non-authorized dealer. If there were to be a problem I'm sure it would be a head ache to deal with.
I chose Iron Aces after calling about half dozen resellers that were listed on the DC website. A couple seemed to be clueless and others were not very helpful. When I called Iron Aces I spoke to Lindsey. She was helpful and knowledge. She educated me on the process and timeline of ordering a DC fairing. Iron Aces also saved me a few dollars vs ordering direct.
After placing the order for the Dead Center fairing with Iron Aces they emailed me personally to verify they had received the order. This is addition to the automated e-commerce system. They stayed in close contact with me as the fairing was built and then finally shipped. You simply cannot ask for better customer service these days.
To top it all off I received in the mail today a personal thank you card for my business!
