I was wondering the exact same thing. I keep thinking I need to order and try some of this stuff, but afraid some unsuspecting tech will puke all over himself when he finds that stuff in therecome time for new tires.

Never done it, but could you add some Ride-On and let that take care of balancing the tire? That's one of its claims.

I'm not sure I understand how it would work as a balancer, especially when you let the bike set for a while. Anyone know how this works, or if it even does?

I emailed a similarquestion to Ride-on a couple weeks ago. basically I asked how when you have a nail or screw, you are supposed to pull it out and then roll the bike to put the puncture hole down so the stuff would seal. why doesn't it settle to the bottom after a long sit and require a warm ride to redistribute the stuff into balance again. the company emailedme it does not move or settleback to the bottom after sitting for an extended period.I too am interested in real life reports from the forum.
