Default new vibration issue, please advise

Hi all. just got back from a 250 mile ride today, mainly rural roads at 55 to 70 mph. after about 100 or so miles, I started feeling a vibration in my seat and feet that does not feel like tire out of balance. It seems to be more engine related. So here are the details. 06 RKC, 95 inch stage II with K&N air filter, SE exhaust, managed well with custom tuned by fuel moto PC. six speed gear set, dunlop E3s with less than 2500 miles on them. bagger brace. turned 20,000 miles on trip today. It is not a shimmy or shake. handles great as it has since I put on the E3s and the bagger brace shortly after. starts around 65mph and gets worse at 75. starts to smooth out some at 80. rattles my back teeth. again, it seems to be more related to engine vibration. any ideas? any all advice greatly appreciated. my thoughts are motor mount(s). many thanks

If the front motor mount is OK ( motor tab is not laying down flat on the rubber,)
check the upper motor mount bracket, (the bracket that ties the two cylinders together left hand side.)

(I doubt that you have a crank issue on an '06.)
