Thx for all the great answers....i'm thinking mean city is the way to go, they should be able to give me what I need and make mommas spot a bit more comfortable too.

The great part is I kept my 12 Wide Glide so if my seat is out and this lousy weather ever breaks we can still ride.

Another vote for MCC...best seat mod & 1/3 price of replacement. Sounds like you just need a little tweaking so recommend you call Allen & discuss options. They're a forum sponsor & member (BadX)...

Seat's on the way....very professional over the phone, answered all my questions appeared to understand just what I needed.

No openings til end of May so I paid for the rush job....it appears that it will be better spent money than an aftermarket and cheaper also to get the exact fit I need.

Wow I sent the seat out Tuesday afternoon and got an email already that as of today (Friday), it's on it's way back.

Now that's some quick turnaround...I'll be sure to post the results...

Let me know how you like it. Did you get the front narrowed, lowered and new foam? That's what they recommended to me. I am short 5'6 and can just barely flat foot with certain boots. It is a big adjustment for me compared to my Heritage, but I am dealing with it.

Seat's back, looks great and fits perfectly. One week turnaround, satisfied customer.

I got out for a ride but only got about 8 miles before a downpour forced me home. I've been up since last nite at 7PM so I wasn't going cruising any further in that crap.

Damn railroad, wish I had a "normal" job.
