SG vs. Fatboy Lo...
I was talking to a friend recently about getting a SG. I have a Fatboy Lo right now. He said that he loves his SG for long rides, but around town it can be a pain because of the added weight. He misses his Fatboy. The weight increase doesnt seem to be that much. Ive never ridin a SG so I really dont know. Anyone have some insight here?

Have a 2012 FatBoy Lo. Great bike, wouldn't get rid of it for anything.....but. Got tired of asking my Touring bike friends to carry my coat, hat spare gloves etc...so. I got a Street Glide to share the garage with the FatBoy. Wow!!! Does the Street Glide handle nice. It makes the FatBoy seem like a garden tractor. Yes, it's heavier. But it is so nimble you can't believe it's a "Touring" bike. They're both great bikes. They both have their niche. If you can keep the FatBoy AND get the SG too....best of both worlds.

I dont have a FB low and never owned one, but my o4 orange FB was lowered and probably similar in weight, handling, etc. To me, it was never a concern or question, the SG was easy cheesy to ride and manuver when parking etc. I always grabbed the SG keys when going out, long or short rides. The FB eventually felt more like bar hopper.

OP Have you taken your friends SG for a ride yet? Or go to a demo drive and find out why it's the best selling bike they have. You'll Love the Sg!
