I have the 575s on my CVO Street Glide. My hands do block the inside lower corner of the fairing mirrors but overall they are a big improvement over the stock handlebars

I have had the WO575's on three bikes, two Street Glides and one Ultra. They are the perfect bar for me. On my 09SG I went with bar mounted mirriors. On my12 FLHXSE3 I went with Wicked Image fairing mirriors rotated up and out to improve rear visibility. I'm 6'2" with short legs so I had to really reach for the stock bars. Now I can sit up straight and take full use on my backrest.
