Hi All,
Switched from Internet Explorer to Mozilla Firefox, and all the advertizing resizing stuttering seems to have stopped. My brother in law said to switch, this forum confirmed it, and it works. No more jumping around. GREAT!!!

 

I have the same issue from time to time. its Explorer. I dont like it either.
