Little cheap expander worked great folks. Thanks, they're on and I'm a happy camper.

3. Beat the hell out of your pipes and transfer all that energy to your mounting brackets and exhaust studs. Priceless!

Dude are you nuts?......Didn't seem to do any damage, you'll know shortly if it did. Cracked head pipe or cracked welds, it'll show up, just think if you hit it hard enough, it could crack a cylinder head or cylinder!

Are you using the same clamps perhaps? If not, take em to a muffler shop and ask them to widen the part that slips onto the header just a little bit....

Yeah ..I guess I am nuts ... hopefully two things worked in my favor .. it was the cross over pipe .... and the head pipe is made by fuel motto ... I know ... I am just adding more fuel to the fire here ...
