Been reading through these threads and looking to get a 90 degree valve stem for my 2013 FLTRU stock rims. I am on the K&L web site looking at their stems. They have two sizes. 10mm or 8mm aluminum stem base. Does anyone know what size are on the stock 2013 FLTRU rims?

Well I googled Harley Davidson valve stems and found a web site that had a reference sheet on valve stem sizes for HD. It is called kurveygirl.com and no it is not a **** site. I got the part numbers and size but need to verify with my shop manual. For a 2013 FLTRU part number is 40999-87 and size is 11.3 mm for both front and back rims.

I also got confirmation from another email thread regarding the web site kurveygirl.com and that my rims take the 11.3mm valve stems. They have the 83 degree valve stems. I will be placing an order soon.

Well crap.....I just ordered a set of the angled stems from motorcycleanchor.com from a link on this page. The order went through and I paid through paypal. Then I saw the post above about the passing of the person that runs the site and when I tried to go to the page by manually entering it, it says no new orders are being accepted. My money was 'accepted' through paypal so I sent them an email to see if they're back in business or not

I have the cast, 28 spoke wheels and the front isn't great either with it's limited clearance. I needed to go to metal valve stems for my Garmin TPMS and this is what I used:
