yes i have had six radios in my bike 06 sg and they all did that among other things, the last radio was an 07 radio, they added an extra wire somewhere and as long as i dont leave a cd in it , works fine. this went on for over a year.

 

mine did that all the time as well as many other problems, 06 sg. i went thru six radios before getting one to work and it is an o7 radio. it works fine as long as i take the cd out after use.

 

Now that I think of it I threw in some AC/DC the other day to check out the cd player. Thanks for the info.
