Once the ol' gal has it full it can be a bit of a tight ( real tight ) fit to get it into the Tour-Pak ... I now use the Tour-Pak bag out of my 92 in my 09 and she can stuff it jam packed full ( even lay it on the floor and jump on to pack more - I really think she does that sometimes ) and it will still fit into the Tour-Pak quite easily! Just my .02 cents worth.
I agree, the bags that came with my ride work great. They hold a lot, are easy to get in and out of the side bags and tour pak, and easy to carry. Moco did a nice job with the quality as well.

Bought the Tour-Pak liner on eBay. As you stated, shaped to fit in the Tour-Pak with little wasted room. Wife and I get a lot of use out of it on trips.

It's not fancy... it's the soft/flexible liner bag. Durable, strong, holds a lot, and cheap. Recommended.

Thanks for all the inputs. Will be buying one soon. I picked up saddle bag liners for $25 from a guy locally. Thought it was a good deal.

I have HD luggage for saddle bags and my chopped Tour Pack. I think we gotta have luggage for inside at least one s.bag and the TP because its so easy to grab and go. Man, what would you do if you had a mecahnical and had to leave the bike?

Anyhow, I don't use the chopped tp luggage because when stuffed full there's no room for other things in the TP to which I want quick access, such as CD case, map books, and the like. The luggage thing holds tons. To me, it'd be useful if I had a king pack because you'd have crucial convenience of a bag to grab and go but also have left over room inside the TP for quick access stuff.

The chopped HD luggage is pn 91783-96. Excellent shape, happy to sell it. Paid $50, sell for $40, shipped.

Big off-topic comment. Yesterday had first ride on my 09 SG w/ a S&S 106" BB and 551 cams. Could not go over 2500 rpm so I have no idea what the new motor really is like, but it sounds sweet through a V&H 2-1.

S'posed to snow tonight.
