Default Solo Tour Pak Mount on RK with 2 up Seat?

Will this mount fit over my standard Road King seat or do I need to go to a solo seat to make it happen?

I don't see how it would fit.
The "passenger" portion of your 2 up seat is going to be in the way.
That is where the tour pack will be sitting. I don't think it will be high enough to clear the seat.

I know there is no way I could just slide my tour pack forward and clear the passenger portion of the seat.

no, it won't fit. it won't fit with the 'badlander' style seats either. either a true solo, or you'll have to go with the 2 up rack...

Well I guess I'll stay with my 2 up rack then. I was just thinking I could move the weight forward some but I like my stock seat.

Thanks guys.

I made my own detach mount to run the tour pak in the solo position with the stock seat.

I posted the basics of the process here. http://custombaggerforum.com/forum/s...or-08-and-back
That was for the 2-up mount I also made. The solo mount is the same process, just a different pattern on the side plates.
