Anything worth a damn in the aftermarket is going to run you $500-$600 new. Keep an eye out for used pipes in the classifieds and on ebay....

I ran across the Boarzilla 2-into-1; looks like a good system. Has stepped headers.
Have not found any pricing on them yet.

Good reviews on these pipes?

So, is it JUST the 2010 SG/RG OEM exhaust slip-ons? Or other years good too?
Is the sound pretty good on those OEM exhausts?

It is not the slip-on. The 2010 RGC/SG had one slip-on and a 2-1 header. That is what we were discussing. The slip-on form one of those 2010 bikes (RGC/SG) would not fit your bike as they are longer from the mount to the header pipe connection. But the slip-on itself in stock form would be just as bad performance wise as slip-ons form any other stock Harley.

I'm actually still using the OEM 2010 2:1 on my 06 SG, sorry no dyno sheets to oogle, but it performs better than the stock 2:2. After a few years of running it some packing has blown out and its a bit louder, but probably way too quiet for a real biker. Still has the catalyst in place too, negligible performance difference from the FM 2:1 I was running previously. I'm happy with it for now, until I can build my own system that truly provides significant performance gains.
