GPS mounting options - anyone try these?

We are currently working on ideas for a road glide mount and testing them. It was a lot easier to build something and test ideas on my ultra because it was right out in the garage. I get this question a lot. I do like the mount that iron aces has. I have not seen one in person but it looks good.

2" wide L-bracket, double sided 3M automotive trim molding tape for fairing mount. 3M "Velcro" also automotive grade, wraparound case for droid Max for mount.
$0, all items from other projects. 5weeks of commuting and no problems yet.
Gotta love the pausing of music for turn by turn directions over the audio system.

Here are some nice-looking options for mounting on a handlebar, Harley brake or clutch, even windshield. For Garmin Nuvi I personally like the eCaddy Diamond (pic attached!) - it's got a formed-fitted cradle so the GPS will NEVER fall out, a swivel mechanism on the back so you can angle it wherever, and the hardware is all aluminum, then chrome plated (or you can get black anodize): http://www.leadermotorcycle.com/motorcycle-gps-mounts/
