So night driving is not an issue since the contour of the design brings the top of the windscreen "back towards you" therefore you are continually looking OVER the windshield henceyour visual field is not impaired even at night?

Sorry for my stupidity, but I've always had the old fashion "picture window" for a windscreen. Thanks for your patience as well.

How is the measurement on these WS's taken? From thetop of the WS down to where the screw holes are at the very base of the plexiglass? Or from top down to the top edge of the fairing? I've got a Cee Baily that's fairly low and like it alot, but not sure what height it is...
CeeBailey's website will not allow me to copy and paste so here is the link:

Here's a link to a lengthy review I did on the SSC about a year ago. Should answer all of your questions.

Damn, man. Nothing stupid about it. You are asking very valid questions. I personally have no issues driving at night with my WS, so in answer to your question, No, your field of vision in not impaired even at night. But as I said earlier I prefer nothing darker than the light gray WS that I have. A proper fit for a WS is for the driver to look over it.

Can the HD 3 pouch system still be used with these windshields?

Can't honestly say Abn. I know that my 12" WS rises a bit above the fairing lip before it starts its curve backward. There may be room for it.

If you don't want it, I'll be more than happy to take it off your hands.
