I'm sold on Glare products, I haven't tried them all like Zaino's and Rejex, but Glare products work excellent for me ....

Use a wax with with about 30% Natural Carnuba.

Carnuba seals the pores in the paint/finish. Looks great and is easy to install. Layers is so fine you are not looking through a wax finish. Is resistant to oils, acids, water, etc. Will last 9 months and is easy to remove with any soap, detergent, or polish for reapplication for the next season.

I have my brands, but look for about 30% Carnuba for a quality wax. Some brands add hardeners to extend the life or add some protection from washing, but I am not a fan due to they fact that they often slightly dull the finished and many break down in UV faster than natural carnuba.

I'm a big fan of carnuba waxes also, and normally use Maguires. A friend has tried to convert me to some synthetic junk he uses, and while I have to admit that it seems to work, carnuba is just so much nicer to work with. I don't care if it doesn't last 8 months, because I like detailing the bike.

Default Polish

I've been using Zaino on mine since it was new. I do a lot of night riding through a swamp, so bugs are terrible. When I get home on work nights, I just wipe off the bugs with a damp towel and do a full wash on the weekends. Zaino will make your black will look incredible! Very easy on and off also.

When that runs out try the Walgreens "Nice!" Brand lemon furniture polish. Works just like original pledge.

I am **** as they come. Check out Geoff Bodine's Waxing Frenzy. Best stuff I have ever used. Camper, Cars, Snowmobiles, Harley, and Bobsled. Fast, fast, fast. Give it a try. I use all their products on all my toys, check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Wax is history Zaino. Goes on easy an OZ does the whole bike comes off easy. Stays on protects well for a bike that is ridden a lot. And beats the other stuff in how it shines.
