10 inch Apes pulled back or Wild Ones
I am tring to decide on new bars.
I like the looks of the 10 inch apes ( think I decided on LA Coppers Twin Peaks) but worried if they look right pulled back so they would be closer than stock.
Or would I just be better off with the Wild Ones that bring the bars 2 inches closer.
Any pics of apes pulled back is appreciated (any brand will help)

I went with the Wild Ones 578. They categorize them as a 10" bagger ape.
Definitely an excellent upgrade. Although I can appreciate the comfort of higher apes, I'm just not sure on the look of the bars sitting well above the fairing.
Thought the 10" was a nice combination of both look and comfort. That being said, 10" is probably a minimum height if you're looking at switching the bars for comfort.
Not the greatest pic but it's all I have now.

The bars are round tubing there is no set mounting. what do you mean stock position?
Buy the freakin bar you want, sit on the bike to position bars, and tighten clamp. If you want to change later loosen clamp and adjust.

Thanks for the pics.
To answer the questions.
I am 5'7 with short arms
My concern on the looks is because unlike normal apes most the apes for batwing fairings have a bend to flow with the fairing. Just wasn't sure how they would look pulled away from the fairing.
Anyway I pulled the trigger on a set of LA Chopper Twin Peaks 10 inch.
Thanks

I have the WO 12.5 apes. I pull them back all the time or rotate forward depending on mood and whether I am touring. I am same build as you. Seat is a huge factor here as well. I am pleased with Mustang vintage solo with backrest. It pushed me forward a little giving more versatility to the apes and pull back angle.
