has anyone out there installed forward controls on a road king custom? thought it might be cool? if so, please include pics...

I have done it on a couple of road kings we customized........but I dont think I have any pics, used accutronix controls, think I even have an extra set lying around somewhere.

 

Been thinking of doing the same thing on my streetglide....i'm tall like a giraffe and could use the extra stretch would love to see some pics too if anyone's got em on a touring bike

 

thats cool, if you can find some pics, that would be awesome. would you want to sell those controls?

i've been looking for a set for a while now. fairly expensive from accutronix (over 800) but only source as far as i know. they are supposed to extend your feet position about 9" forward (quite a bit from the floorboard position) so you had better be fairly tall. they also supposedly do not fit with the engine guard unless the guard is modified.

i would be interested if jared is not.

Just installed a set today. accutronix. Found them on this site. Also been watching ebay. They have had one set, I think its still available. Found on Ebay starting bid 300.00 used . Still there 1 day 17 hrs remaining. . I'm 6'4" and boy what a difference I can turn the handlebars without swinging out my knees anymore. Maybe I get you a pick tomorrow
