Was looking at these ... Dont have 6+ Bills for the real ones ... these have been out for some time now and i would appreciate any feed back on how they are holding up ... mayb when i get done helping to pay for 2 weddings ill look at the real ones... but for now... Im curious if you have regrets ???

Had them on a few months now. Chrome is holding up so far. They sound good and worth the 200.00 I paid.

 

I had them, but wife said too loud and they were. A good low rumble, but LOUD!

 

So far so good..... Mine are still pretty new - maybe 2 months, and about 400 miles..... so far - VERY HAPPY!!!!

I do have 4 regrets tho.... I regret buying 3 sets of fish tails (all sounded like stock crap, no Samsons or V&H, they would have been good I'm sure)... but I regret buying those, and the Rushes I bought before these :-)

 

i do not have the CFR look a likes, i have the actuall CFRs. my own personal opinion is that if you are planning on getting differnet pipes i would just save up till you have enough. cause u will possibly have to re dyno the bike and. and it just ends up costing more. i will say they are expensive.. i bought the CFR with vance and hines dresser dual headers, and the Heavy Breather air cleaner. with dyno and all it ended up costing me $2500. expensive but definantly worth the cash

 

Im after Loud ... so i dont think that will be an issue ... but want a "good" loud ... if thats makes sense ... was just curious if they are holding up ...

I know what you mean by "good loud"..... These sound amazing, crazy deep and super loud!!! I've heard after 800-1000 miles the exhaust packing goes bad and changes the sound..... I don't know yet, I am still at about 400 miles. We'll see.

 

WOW.....that is the most expensive stage 1 I have heard of.

 

yeah it was expensive but it was worth it. the CFRs cost me 678 . the breather and cone was about 450. the dresser duals 374 the tuner was 400 than the dyno, and install
