yes sir..
1.) first thing I would do is remove the fairing cap and check closely around the fairing support brackets for any wires that may have rubbed through on the fairing bracket. Wires being rubbed through is a common problem
2.) since you're replaced the speakers and the problem still exists, then odds are the audio circuit inside the radio is damaged. This happens with the bolts under the radio on the riser being too long, hitting the bottom of the radio, and eventually cracking the circuit board. HD issued a service bulletin about this a while back also.
Call Iron Cross Audio and they can help you through the issue if you don't find any wires rubbed through.

If there are no DTCs indicating an open circuit and you are using a known good speaker (test it on another channel) then it is likely a radio issue and you will need to replace it.
