I think it's an awesome example of FM..... thanks for the post and I'm glad everything is working out for ya!!!
Maybe I am in the minority here but I sure haven't seen too many businesses conduct themselves like FM in quite some time. After 3 months had passed a lot of places would have said sucks to be you and left you hanging...

Sometimes I think there is more than 1 Jamie Long. That guy is always there to help, always fast to respond to posts, not only on this forum but others too. He is always offering up his number to help out. Often typing out long detailed explanations on his dime. His knowledge of tuning blows me away. I was also surprised to see how far back his posts go, I didn't realize he has been doing this for so long. I would have burned out a long time ago. Either there is more than 1 Jamie or the guy doesn't get much sleep.
Yeah! FuelMoto has my business,

But if you look around on this forum, look around on OTHER forums too, you will find the same happy results from the major part of their customer base.

No kidding. Returning an electronic device (at all) is rare, let alone several months later.

LOL...I wish. I got about 250-300 miles on it, but lately, it's been one snow storm after another.

But....I can't leave well enough alone. Check out what happened to my Springer:

Yes, Jamie said they don't normally do that, especially electronic device, this is an exception. I am charged a little restocking fee but more than fair. Happy camper!

hahaha, don't I know it. This is the last for a while. It has to be, or I might find myself sleeping in the garage with the bikes!
