Hogtunes question???

Hogtunes question???
I have been going to purchase a set of hogtunes speakers for my Ultra which is coming.....The price on Hogtunes website is 180 + 25 shipping for hdforums members. I ran across this EBay listing:

It says they are legit Hogtunes but shows the grey (silver) speaker color...is that the color they are? Hogtunes website is black. Is this an older version? Advice please...thanks!
