Default TBW Question

I'm installing new bars and I bought the Screaming Eagle TBW kit to eliminate the green plug in the middle of the bars. The green plug accounts for 6 wires. There is a black and white wire which are in a 2 pin plug. It's been a few weeks since I took it apart but I'm not seeing anything to plug it into. And I can't seem to find it in the HD service manual. I do see in the svc manual it talking about a 2 pin plug internal to the right side in the handle bar for heated grips. Is that what hose two wires are for?

For heated grips. Does nothing if you dont have them.

I used the SE TBW wiring on this last install but as for the green connector that is a bit fragile, in my last two installs I simple put a piece of shrink tubing over the connector and sealed/supported it with that, worked fine. This is for those contemplating options on this.
