RE: Road Glide exhaust
Dear Kar:
This is Chaplain Wayne. I have a 2005 Road Glide. I invested in true duals Rinehart pipes. I ride two up with my wife who likes 'em a bit quieter, too. They come stock with a 2 1/4 baffle in it. the sound is not too loud. If you want it even quieter, you can put in a 2 inch ballfe. they call it a "quiet baffle" and it only takes off a little horsepower. You can also get a "hgihg performacne " baffle (2 1/2 inch) if you want it eve louder. It will need to be mapped. I have Arlen Ness Big Sucker Air filter and Power Commander III.
The pipes will set you back about $760 and the power commander about $270-$300, but for about $1000, you should be really happy. Just a thought.
