Couple questions:

1. Does anyone know the part number for the controller switch that Harley uses on it's seats? The dual rocker switches with off/high/low position.

2. I sent an email to Mean City Cycles but didn't get a clear answer. Does their heated seat mod plug directly into the accessory plug on an Electra Glide?

3. They use a different type of switch. I like the stock look, is there any reason the stock switch wouldn't work with their heated seat mod?

i have the heated seat from Harley, one of the switches broke so i ordered another switch.....good luck on that one....you can't get them ! it breaks and your pooched......i spent time with epoxy putting it all back together and making it work......that was 2 years ago still working, they are sealed in a kind of glue from wherever they get them switches and mine was all cracked from its position on the seat itself and fell apart....only other option is to go to another style of switch

 

Dude gave you a legitimate response and you slam him? Your momma let you out much??? I have a heated seat in my cage and hate it. My Gerbings gear keeps a lot more than my *** warm. Oh, speaking of asses, check the mirror bucko.

 

Bingo. Never once shivered because my *** crack was cold,which is all a "heated" seat will keep warm. Kinda like heated grips,not worth a **** when you actually have to go somewhere longer than the corner station.

 

gotta disagree with you on that one, alot colder up here my friend and I quite like my heated seat, my backseater sometimes has to turn the switch to low cause it works so good
