Sat radio
I use a XM roadie -- it's small maybe between a credit card and a pack of cigarettes. I have 3 bags on the wind shield and just put it in the right one and run the wires behind the bags into the fairing behind the windshield. mounted the antenna inside the fairing. Works great, can't see the unit or the wiring and got rid of the antenna. As far as the cost, I got a package deal with my truck, bike, wife's car for $7.50 per each month -- well worth it to me..

I just use my cell phone. I mount it on the bars with a ram mount, play internet radio through the aux port and ride. I guess you can do that with satellite radio but you have to pay a fee. I think they stream satellite radio in an app also. So if you have a smartphone, you have all the music you would ever need.
If you use your cell phone doesn't that stream data that way too so you could go over in your data plan then.. am i correct in this thought ??

Slacker Radio is $3.99 a month and you can cache stations. So you download tons of music under home wifi, then can play it without needing to be on the network. But you can stream music. Something like 70 hours of music for 2 gigs of data.
