Default Not sure to lower 1 or 2 inches?

I have a 2005 road king custom. I already have a 21 front wheel on it. What I am not sure about is how much to lower the front end? Should I lower it 1 or 2 inches? I know the rule is usually is to lower it 1 inch to give you the stock handling and height. But the RK custom come with a inch smaller rear shock from the factory. So its basically lowered a inch compared to the other rk's. This why I am not sure what to do?

Just lowered mine 1.5 in the front....... I've heard that 2" drop in front really sacrifices ride quality, but I'm not sure personally

I found some 11" shocks for the rear, fwiw I`m going to replace them with 11 1/2" Progressive 412`s. The 11`s are just too stiff. I used Progressive Monotubes with the 1" drop on the front.18" front 16" rear wheel.

I lowered my Street Glide 1 inch front and rear. I notice a wee bit stiffer ride but nothing uncomfortable. I handles better for me and my feet are squarely on the ground with my knees bent.

My bike already comes lowered 1 inch from the factory. Its uses a shorter shock than the other RK models. I am wondering if I lower it 2 inches in the front. That will make up the one inch for the 21' wheel and one inch for the lower rear end.

I went down 1.5 in the front and 1" in the back. I will be adding 11.5" shocks in the rear for that other .5" and a better ride than street glide air shocks.
