uh that connector makes it through extremely tight it took me and my wife to put the tgs and switch wires through, i got it out after my problem with only takeing half my switch wires pulled and removed the green connector and the 2 wires for the heated grips and it pulled through nice n easy withthe switch wires all pulled through the bars.
boss, i also put magnums on the brake like dose look really short by about 2"s but i had to turn the under mounted tee a little to get the line to connect if i were to do it again ide go an inch or two longer to get the same loop and curve the clutch has

The green connector will pull through but the likely hood of it coming undone is there. Mine broke apart while pulling. I just cut it out and soldered the wires. 30,000 miles now no issues. Those codes always come up when you have a short, pin not connecting in the molex connectors or a couple of wires reversed. Resetting the TBW should solve the high idle problem.
