Default Paint Match

I've got a Bushtec trailer that I would like to match to my bike. We recently traded for a '13 Anniversary Ultra Classic Limited and I've been told there is no way Harley will give me the paint codes. I would be satisfied with just the black for the trailer, but, if I could match the codes I would paint it to match the bike. Any ideas as to how to come close to the paint colors?
Thanks

Take it to someone and have them shoot a computer match. Just did my fairing and it's spot on

Did you just use a body shop or was it someone who specializes in bikes?

Does HD not put the paint codes on the bottoms of the tanks anymore?

Just a body shop. A good body shop that you've seen their repairs and work before.

Call one of your local PPG paint jobbers to see if HD released the formulas. Local PPG store can look it up by the color name and year of bike. HD does not release all the paint formulas, especially CVO colors, Not sure about anniversary colors.

Any competent body shop / repair facility should be able to computer match it pretty close.

I know when I had my rear fender and new bags matched, the computer matching provided three different sample options, and with those three, some manual paint mixing was able to make almost perfect!

Good Luck !!!
